The Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!Key responsibilities include:Intake and entry of claims into Company Specific SoftwareResponsible for clear and efficient project communication with customers, adjusters and Production ManagersDaily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressCreate estimates using estimating software, Xactimate Experience a PLUSReview and validate job site documentation and insurance specific requirementsWork closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to endCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition requirements include:High school diploma/GEDAt least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experienceAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedMust be knowledgeable in Outlook and Microsoft software suiteThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.
