Communications CoordinatorBrinkmann Constructors St. Louis office is looking for an experienced, creative and goal-oriented individual to join the team as a Communications Coordinator.This person will be directly involved in elevating and aligning Brinkmann's internal and external messaging through public relations, media, thought leadership content and internal and external communications collateral. This position will be responsible for the management of Brinkmann's internal intranet platform, public relations outreach, and creating and managing communication plans for all departments within Brinkmann.This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement internal communication plans to engage and informManage intranet platformCreating and updating contentCollaborating with internal departments on content and structureMeasuring and evaluating communication effectiveness through metrics and feedbackSupport internal events and initiatives through communication tacticsDevelop and maintain an internal and external content calendarAssist with external website content and maintenanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders to create unique, focused external content to enhance Brinkmann's thought leadership campaignsCreate communication collateral to support client growth goals, company-wide communication efforts, and moreOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent3 years of experience minimumA/E/C industry experience a plusStrong organizational, communication and design skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTime management, efficiencyProficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPointWorking Conditions:The Communication Coordinators work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann's corporate officeThis role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cyclesLight physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and someStanding, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearingAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
