The Calais School seeks a compassionate Job Coach/Paraprofessional to support K–12+ students with special needs, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and learning or emotional challenges. In this role, you’ll provide individualized academic, behavioral, and transition support in a nurturing, student-centered environment. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll help implement IEP goals, model social-emotional skills, and guide students in developing independence at school and in the community.
