Provide training, demonstrations, and guidance individually and in group sessions.Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the clients and employers.Teach and encourage clients to pursue their hopes, goals, and objectives through self-direction and effective decision-making.Monitor and document client behaviors in the workplace.RequirementsHigh school diploma/equivalent and/or relevant work or life experience.Valid Wisconsin driver's license, ability to meet agency driving standards, and proof of auto insurance.Ability to pass required Wisconsin Caregiver Background Checks and any applicable out-of-state checks.Reliable phone with voicemail and access to email.
