Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate, motivated Job Coaches to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
This community-based position provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites.
Schedule
• 1 Opening: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
• 2 Openings: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM (occasional weekends)
• 40-hour workweek
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15-25 individuals.
• Provide on-site job coaching and support.
• Teach and model job tasks.
• Assist with transportation when needed.
• Complete case notes and documentation.
• Monitor participant progress.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• DSP experience a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Additional Information
This is a community-based position requiring approximately 90% local travel. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
