As a Job Coach you will help individuals learn and strengthen their life skills as it relates to employment and education.

A typical day might include the following:

  Using your vehicle to transport individuals to and from job interviews (mileage reimbursement provided)

  n
n
• n

  Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives

  n
n
• n

  Helping individuals create a customized resume and complete applications for either jobs or school admissions

  n
n
• n

  Coaching and preparing for interviews

  n
n
• n

  Assisting individuals at their job sites to ensure success and independence

  n
n

Additional requirements include:

  Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community

  Monday – Friday, daytime business hours (flexibility offered for part-time)

• n

  Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device
