Projects include new construction documents, lot specifics, and revisionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and understand construction codesAbility to identify, collect and interpret relevant information needed for the projectCollaborate with other project stakeholdersAdhere to project workflow criteriaFollow established standards and development proceduresAbility to exercise independent judgmentData managementLeadershipOpportunities for limited business analysis to help senior leadership in decision?makingAssist in creation and governance of standards and proceduresAll other duties as assignedKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Architectural and construction knowledge required.Min.
