Join the team in shaping the future of design while showcasing your versatility and passion for innovation!Key ResponsibilitiesBe an integral member of architectural projects from conception to completion.Develop design concepts and solutions for various projects, from initial sketches to detailed drawingsCreate and refine architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using RevitCollaborate with senior architects and project teams throughout all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationConduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure design complianceParticipate in site visits to gather information and assess project requirementsCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate building systems and resolve technical issuesContribute to the development of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specificationsAssist in construction administration tasks, such as reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information)Help manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and client expectationsStay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies relevant to architectural designMentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environmentParticipate in client meetings and assist in communicating design ideas effectivelySupport the development of project budgets and cost estimatesContribute to the firm's quality control processes to ensure high standards of design and documentationPrepare design presentations, including renderings, diagrams, and other visual materials for client meetingsManage small projects with guidance from senior architects, overseeing the design process from concept to completionKeeps lead architect or designated team leader informed of progress; recognizes problem issues and communicates impact to the team and seeks clarity when necessary.Meets project design schedule and design construction budgets.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureMinimum 4 years of post-professional experience (Open to candidates with 8-12 years experience)Interest in working on diverse project types in a very collaborative environmentProficiency in Revit & AutoCAD required; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, and other graphic tools desiredStrong 2D and 3D graphic skills desiredExperience in tenant improvement, healthcare, industrial, community or multi-family housing projects highly desirable
