Position: Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $65–$115/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality questions related to compensation structures, benefits programs, and job analysis.
- Evaluate AI responses for logical reasoning, accuracy, and alignment with real-world HR practices.
- Apply compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and workforce analytics frameworks to AI training tasks.
- Ensure outputs reflect practical decision-making used in compensation and HR strategy roles.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.
Requirements
- Strong years of full-time experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis roles.
- Strong professional background in HR, total rewards, or workforce analytics.
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
