Join a technology team responsible for the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise technology platforms. In this role, you will play a key part throughout the technology delivery lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to operational support and continuous improvement.
You will also serve as a technical resource for the wider team, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues adopt effective platform development practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SDLC platforms, including Jira and Confluence.
- Design, configure, and deploy Atlassian plugins and integrations to extend platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technology strategy, transformation initiatives, and technical delivery.
- Take ownership of solution implementation, ensuring platforms and solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate across the technology lifecycle to support platform planning, development, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members on platform development best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience working with JSON and XML.
- Exposure to scripting or development using Python and/or Groovy.
- Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps pipeline technologies, including Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Experience working across multiple stages of the software/technology delivery lifecycle.
