In this role, you will partner closely with leaders, product managers and program managers within the organization to determine key needs for implementation and optimization of enterprise software that enables business critical development efforts impacting Workday's customers.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented thoughtful professional with both a business and technical background implementing and running technical portfolio management solutions at scale. Someone who has a passion for understanding what the business needs and can translate into technical requirements and partner with the supplier to deliver the right solution, all while staying highly connected to the wider team.This person will help drive the direction of the enterprise planning and execution technical service (Jira Align), its expanded rollout, optimization, and improvements. The candidate will collaborate with key decision makers in engineering, architecture, product management, and program management to ensure continued service delivery and improvements across the technical ecosystem.
