Job DescriptionHourly pay: Hire is $22.20, 6 months $22.56, 1 year $23.21Job ResponsibilitiesWork on production lines processing various productsHelp maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rulesHelp ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practicesPerform other position specific duties as assigned by the supervisorMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMinimum QualificationsMust be able to work 8-12 hour shiftsNo restrictions standing on a concrete floor for 8-12 hoursMust be able to work in temperatures ranging from 32-40 degreesMust be able to perform repetitive motions, such as: twisting, turning, bending and reachingLift up to 50 poundsMust wear a hairnet, hard hat, ear muffs, safety glasses, steel toe boots and or other personal protective equipment as required for the positionMust be able to work with large groups as a team and also be able to work unsupervisedPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious machine operator experience is a plusMust have basic reading, writing and math skillsJennie-O Turkey Store is an equal opportunity employer.
