JDE BSA

Requirements

1. Must have 5-8 years of Business analyst (BSA) recent experience in custom web application development and JDE 9.2 (Sales & Distribution (must have) and Pricing module (good to have)).
2. Must be skilled in requirements elicitation and analysis from internal users, retailers (end customers), and vendor partners.
3. Proven experience in writing specifications such as User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Design specification, Process Flows, Table Design and Mapping and Designing Solution.
4. Must have recent experience in JSON/ XML and SOAPUI/ POSTMAN.
5. Must have skills to analyze application tables and design new/ extend tables, perform mapping of front-end screens and upstream and downstream applications.
6. Must be skilled in writing SQLs of medium complexity for data analysis, testing and trouble shooting.
7. Must have experience in writing user acceptance criteria, functional, integration and end to end testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
8. Proven experience in working with UX designer to translate business requirements to best in class user experience screens for web front end.
9. Skilled in assessing the effort and giving estimates/ story points.
10. Experienced working in an Onsite-Offshore model.
11. Conducting Demo to stake holders.
12. Experience in Agile practice.
13. Ability to challenge the status quo and come up with improved ways to perform.
14. Proven work experience of partnering with other BSAs from different teams.
15. Must be a team player, excellent communication, owners mind set, learning mind set.
