Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile development practices while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 , Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Kafka , JMS, or other messaging systems.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and Git.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.
• Drive best practices around security, performance, and scalability.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
