Java Tech Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile development practices while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 , Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Kafka , JMS, or other messaging systems.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and Git.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.
- Drive best practices around security, performance, and scalability.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
- Exposure to Angular, React, or modern front-end technologies.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
