Java Tech Lead – Backend (W2 Profiles only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead – Backend with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise backend applications and leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
  • Drive architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, product teams, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of strong Java backend development experience.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs .
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and databases .
  • Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ , Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD .
  • Strong system design, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
