- Apply strong OOP concepts, Java design patterns, and microservice architecture principles.
- Work with relational databases, including MS SQL Server , and optimize database interactions.
- Author clear and detailed technical documentation describing proposed technical solutions and application designs.
- Apply security best practices, including PKI, OWASP guidelines , and secure application development principles.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and application tuning .
- Design and implement Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) .
- Work with Apache Camel or Spring Integration where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Utilize or integrate with NoSQL databases where required.
- Continuously develop technical and soft skills through training, mentorship, and professional development programs.
