Senior Technical LeadThe Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and Java within the organization. They will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions to meet business requirements effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and Java applications.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and AWS services.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for DevOps and AWS architecture.Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability of applications in AWS environment.Troubleshoot technical issues related to DevOps and Java applications, providing timely resolution.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps, AWS, and Java development technologies.Skill Requirements:Proficiency in DevOps solutions implementation and optimization.Strong knowledge and experience in AWS architecture, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.Expertise in Java programming and development, with the ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot issues.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and automation tools like Ansible.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Certifications:AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAWS Certified DevOps EngineerAWS Certified DeveloperOracle Certified Professional Java ProgrammerAdditional requirement: AWS Sr Infrastructure Engineer/Sr Developer Role Preferred Experience:4+ years’ experience implementing AWS technologies and services3+ years’ experience orchestrating and automating continuous delivery pipelines3+ years’ experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools3+ years’ experience working with container technologies and cloud deployments3+ years of experience integrating automated testing tools into delivery pipelinesExperience with setting Operation-level Strategy for development and Cloud infrastructureHands on experience with CI tools such as GitLab CI, Gradle, TerraformWorking experience with Linux or similar toolsTroubleshooting experience with cloud infrastructure and tools such as Kitchen, TerraTest, Python scripting, GoLang, NodeJS, Lambda, and EKSHands on experience with production cloud deployments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Docker, Artifactory)Ability to seek out opportunities for problem solving and finding solutions to infrastructure, development, and operational related needs
