All software engineers must be well versed in Agile Methodology & have ADM Training.Complexity & Scope: Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Contacts pertain to significant matters often involving coordination among groups.Technical / Functional Skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Preferred 10+ years relevant experience - Experience developing functional automated tests in Java - Experience planning, designing and enhancing automation frameworks, utilities and tools - Experience with an automation scripting language, Selenium Web Driver, JUnit and others - Very solid understanding of a functional area or technology platform - Knowledge of web services - Experience diagnosing, tracking and managing quality issues to resolution - Experience documenting test plans and publishing test results with the goal of continuous improvement in code quality and test coverage - Demonstrated ability to implement highly complex technical changes within his/her functional area. - Written code that others can understand, support, maintain, and expand.
