Key responsibilities Lead investigations and resolutions of complex Java performance incidents across the technology stack Analyze JVM behavior and application performance, focusing on memory usage, garbage collection, and CPU load Produce technical summaries, architectural recommendations, and root cause analyses while collaborating with clients and internal teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and architecting complex enterprise applications Strong practical expertise in Java performance optimization and JVM tuning Proficiency with enterprise Java frameworks and application servers such as Spring/Spring Boot and WebSphere Experience diagnosing performance incidents across multiple layers, including application code and infrastructure
