Payments Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Process and monitor daily ACH transactions, including debits, credits, returns, and exceptions.Support wire transfers, H2H, and API-based payment flows as needed.Assist with client onboarding, payment file setup, and operational readiness checks.Troubleshoot payment issues and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.Ensure all payment activities comply with NACHA rules and internal risk/control standards.Perform reconciliations, reporting, and documentation to support audits and internal reviews.Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams on process improvements.Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders on payment inquiries.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking operations.Hands-on experience with ACH, wires, and payment processing systems.Knowledge of NACHA guidelines and payment exception workflows.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.Familiarity with API/H2H payment workflows is a plus.
