The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and extensive experience building scalable cloud-native applications. This is a high-priority role, and we are looking for immediate joiners who are ready to make an impact from Day 1.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, secure, and scalable Java-based applications on GCP.Collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to best coding practices, quality standards, and timelines.Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and cloud-native service integrations.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance on GCP.Must-Have Skills:12–15 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM.Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.Strong command over SQL/NoSQL databases, including Cloud SQL, Firestore, or Bigtable.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Spinnaker.Proven experience in leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good to Have:GCP Certification (Associate or Professional Cloud Developer/Architect).Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE).Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform or Deployment Manager).
