Java/J2EE Developer• 5+ years of experience in: web application development and support; Java/J2EE development with excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and programming skills; and designing/architecting enterprise security solutions • Experience with SailPoint or other IAM product preferred • Experience with relational database design and SQL • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX • Proficiency working using an Agile software development process, such as Scrum • Experience with SVN • Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology, as implemented at FRBSF according to the attached "Engagement Expectations." • Participate in estimating development effort, designing approach, and identifying risks. • Plan and prioritize tasks to meet overall objectives. • Identify and implements process improvement opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience with formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with solid understanding of testing methodologies. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually • Ability to absorb rapidly new technical information and apply it effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
