Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Strong hands‑on experience with Java backend development
* Practical experience using Generative AI tools (Copilot GenAI preferred) in software development
* Experience working with Azure cloud services
* Hands‑on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
* Experience building OLTP systems and data‑intensive applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
* Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or large‑scale catalog systems
* Familiarity with microservices and event‑driven architectures
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Experience working in large enterprise environments
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
