Hiring: Java Full Stack Lead Developer
Location: Lake Mary, Florida and Boston, MA – Hybrid, Pittsburgh, PA and New York, NY (3–4 days onsite)

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong experience in modern Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native development, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications and microservices
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and MQ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical delivery
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Java 21+ preferred
- Strong Spring Boot and Microservices expertise
- Angular 19+ and RxJS
- Docker and cloud-native application development
- Kafka and message queue technologies
- Relational and NoSQL databases
- Advanced SQL - query optimization, joins, stored procedures, database design
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
- Git and Agile methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
