We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in both middle-tier server development and front-end presentation layers.
This role involves working end-to-end—from user interfaces to database and object-oriented layers—delivering robust, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality source code across the full stack.
- Create and execute unit tests; support functional and system integration testing.
- Participate in deployment activities and provide production support as needed.
- Design and integrate application components for seamless interoperability.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, maintainability, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Strong experience with:
- Core Java (multi-threading, Executor framework).
- Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis.
- RESTful web services development and integration.
- AJAX, XML/XSLT, and JSON.
- Application servers: JBoss, Apache, Tomcat.
- SQL database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot in Agent mode to assist with Java development.
- Strong understanding of web application security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience developing Property & Casualty Insurance applications.
- Familiarity with non-functional requirements such as performance tuning and scalability strategies.
