Produce HLD, LLD, ADRs, and architecture diagrams; lead design and code reviews

Design cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS, API Gateway, CDK)

Python services

Act as primary liaison with Apple DRIs — translate platform standards into actionable

Lead and attend daily offshore calls; mentor distributed teams and ensure architectural

consistency

Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), observability, and NFR adherence

Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM tools (Claude, Copilot) into development workflows

Must-Have

12–15 years of engineering experience; 5+ years as Architect — still actively coding

Deep hands‑on Java (17/21), Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, microservices

Solid grasp of distributed systems, Kafka/SQS/SNS, REST/GraphQL/gRPC

Proven stakeholder liaison experience at DRI / senior leadership level

Comfortable with offshore collaboration across time zones

Fluent with AI‑assisted development — Claude (Anthropic), GitHub Copilot; can review,

validate, and extend AI‑generated code

Preferred

Prior experience with Apple engineering teams or DRI‑driven delivery models

AWS certification — Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer
