The Java FSD with AWS will work with an end-to-end product mindset, owning the complete lifecycle of application development including design, development, testing, and deployment. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and modern front-end frameworks, with hands-on experience in CI/CD and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using Core Java and J2EE
  • Apply J2EE design patterns in application development
  • Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and Microservices
  • Develop scalable and cloud-ready applications
  • Work with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Implement unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito
  • Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira and Git
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance using Jenkins
  • Work with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Develop and integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments
Required Skills:
  • Spring Framework and Spring Boot
  • REST API development and consumption
  • Front-end development using Angular or React
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
  • Unit testing using JUnit and Mockito
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Agile methodology, Jira, and Git
  • Kafka and Kubernetes
  • Cloud fundamentals with strong AWS experience:
  • EKS
  • DynamoDB
  • S3
  • IAM
  • Route 53
  • ELB
  • SNS
  • SQS
  • Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK)
  • CloudWatch
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and automation practices
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
