Required Experience:
10+ years of software development experience.
3+ years as Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
Strong experience in enterprise application development.
Experience leading offshore and onsite teams.
Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end solution design and application development. Define technical architecture and development standards. Drive best practices around coding, testing, security, and performance. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments. Guide teams through complex technical challenges and production issues. Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding and development activities. Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Design database solutions and optimize application performance. Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems. Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.
