Required Experience:
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years as Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
- Strong experience in enterprise application development.
- Experience leading offshore and onsite teams.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end solution design and application development.
- Define technical architecture and development standards.
- Drive best practices around coding, testing, security, and performance.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
- Guide teams through complex technical challenges and production issues.
Hands-on Development:
- Actively participate in coding and development activities.
- Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design database solutions and optimize application performance.
- Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.
Mandatory Skills: -
- Programming: - Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful Services, Microservices Architecture
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Performance Tuning, Data Modeling
- Integration & Messaging: Kafka, IBM MQ, Event-Driven Architecture, API Integrations, DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines
- Cloud & Modernization: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure
