is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred • At least 5 years of experience with J2EE Technologies • At least 4 years in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes • At least 4 years of experience in Web services, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB or similar ex:Web Methods) technologies and also Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, XML • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support • At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements • At least 3 years of experience in review of Design and architecture, Root Cause Analysis • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience to Insurance and Financial services domain • Analytical skills and Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.QualificationsQualifications Basic • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
