Job Title- Java Developer with Data Ingestion Pipelines (Kubernetes, Kafka, Snowflake)

Location- Bellevue, WA(Onsite)

Job Type- Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based data ingestion services.
• Build pipelines moving data from source systems → Kafka → Snowflake.
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes using Docker and Helm.
• Handle schema evolution, retries, duplicate records, and failed messages.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Implement testing, CI/CD processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on onboarding new data sources.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Java development (Spring Boot preferred).
• Kubernetes and Docker.
• Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Kafka Connect).
• Snowflake data loading experience.
• Strong SQL.
• Git and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf).
• Kafka Streams, Flink, or Spark.
• Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Terraform or Argo CD.
