Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services industry, is seeking a Java Developer - Senior to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2(No C2C)

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain containerized applications within a cloud environment, primarily using GCP and Anthos.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration across containers.
• Support existing applications while contributing to new development initiatives and pipeline improvements.
• Participate actively in an Agile environment, supporting team efforts and assisting other teams as needed.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with Java development, especially with SpringBoot framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jira, Bitbucket, and familiarity with GitHub.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, QA, and release management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
