We are completely rebuilding systems critical to maintaining our customer relationships. We are doing so with a modern Java tech stack and reimagining what this domain looks like from a technical architecture perspective while expanding options for our customers.

Position Summary/Job Description:

I am looking for a strong team player who loves to write code. My teams will be small, super responsive, and good at building and iterating quickly. The best fit for this position is someone who enjoys seeing their coworkers succeed and appreciates breaking complex problems down into simple, elegant solutions.

How much time will the resource spend pair programming?

It really depends on the project. Pair programming will not dominate this person’s time, but it is an important skill to be able to leverage if that is what the work demands. Being a positive team player is absolutely critical to success in this role.

Skills Overview:

• 5+ years proactively contributing to building a positive team culture.
• 5+ years of experience developing Java web applications.
• 5+ years of familiarity with event driven and message driven designs.
• 5+ years with various persistence tools SQL, no-SQL, Redis, etc.
• 5+ years of building applications to scale. App performance is critical.

Interview Process Overview:

• Complete & submit technical challenge ahead of the interview.
• 2 hours of interviews on different days but close together.
• 1 hr technical interview discussing the technical challenge.
• 1 hr culture fit ** ONLY IF WE DECIDE TO MOVE ON AFTER THE 1st INTERVIEW.
