We are seeking an experienced Java Developer for an on-site opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on developing new application functionality, enhancing existing features, and supporting production applications. The developer will work under the guidance of a Senior Developer and should be comfortable completing tasks independently and collaborating with a team. Key Responsibilities Implement application code based on sprint stories and business requirements. Develop new functionality and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework. Work with Hibernate and JPA for persistence and interaction with Oracle databases. Develop and maintain RESTful services. Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain application stability and intended functionality. Identify root causes of application issues and deliver corrective solutions. Collaborate with the Senior Developer and other team members to complete sprint deliverables. Required Qualifications
7+ years of Java development experience, with hands-on experience using Java 8 and Java 21.
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Strong experience with Hibernate and JPA, including entity relationships, data persistence, and interaction with Oracle databases.
Experience developing and maintaining RESTful services.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with Camunda.
