Java Backend Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices with banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Optimize microservices for performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and RCA.

Required Skills:

• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud.
• Hibernate/JPA.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking / Payments background
• Experience in core banking, digital payments, fraud systems
• Understanding of PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging
