The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Java development, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems using Kafka. This role requires a hands-on developer with deep experience in building scalable, high-performance backend solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot.Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for high scalability and performance.Implement Kafka-based messaging solutions for asynchronous event processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices.Required Skills & Experience11+ years of experience in backend development using Java (preferably Java 17).Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and JSON/XML-based integrations.Experience with CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
