Java Application Developer (XML required)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to support and enhance our existing desktop applications and backend microservices within our cloud environment. This position will also play a key role in the Post Trade and Custody (PT&C) implementation as part of the Markets Transformation Program (MTP).

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support Java-based applications and backend microservices. Support our existing applications and associated cloud services. Participate in the implementation and ongoing support of Post Trade and Custody (PT&C) systems. Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. Collaborate with development teams on initiatives supporting the Markets Transformation Program.

Required Qualifications:

3-10 years of overall development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE .

Experience developing applications using Spring Framework / Spring Boot.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, capital markets, or post-trade processing systems .
