Job Summary

Dedicated voice acting professional in Japanese to produce and evaluate training data for AI voice models, working with cutting‑edge tools, recording scripted material, assessing outputs, and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Record scripted Japanese material for AI training.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
• Annotate errors and suggest improvements in prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.
• Provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and regional variation.
• Collaborate with the team to refine voice models.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work in Japanese.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• High‑quality recording setup: reliable microphone, quiet environment.
• Optional: Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.

Compensation

Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location. Contractor status; no company‑sponsored benefits.
