Martin Energy Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other areas throughout our facility.ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floorsClean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixturesClean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfacesEmpty trash and recycling containers and replace linersDust and wipe down desks, furniture, counters, and common surfacesClean breakrooms and other employee common areasRefill restroom and cleaning supplies as neededClean entrances, hallways, offices, and other designated areasIdentify and report maintenance or safety concernsMaintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized mannerPerform other general cleaning and facility-support duties as neededQualificationsDependable and able to maintain a consistent work scheduleAbility to work independently and complete assigned tasksAttention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workplaceAbility to safely use common cleaning chemicals and equipmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shiftPrevious janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
