Key responsibilities Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts QA, edit, and post-process multi-lingual audio files Coordinate voice talent and localization vendor relationships, including scheduling and remote coaching of recording sessions Required qualifications Strong background in linguistics and conversational dialogue principles Close attention to detail at the level of a copy editor Strong communication skills for effective vendor interaction Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Flexibility to attend conference calls at odd hours
