ITSM CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Coordinator to support a large-scale data center migration to Microsoft Azure for a healthcare payer organization. This role is responsible for coordinating change windows, stakeholder communications, incident triage routing, and post cutover reporting across multiple migration waves.The ITSM Coordinator will serve as a central point of orchestration between migration teams, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure controlled, well communicated, and auditable migration activities, aligned with ITSM best practices and healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA/HITECH).Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate change requests (CRs) for migration activities across all wavesSchedule and manage change windows, maintenance periods, and blackout constraintsEnsure change records are complete, accurate, approved, and auditableSupport Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and change readiness checkpointsTrack change outcomes and ensure timely closure and documentationPlan and execute migration communications for each wave, including pre cutover, go live, and post cutover messagingCoordinate communication schedules with technical teams, business stakeholders, and support organizationsEnsure consistent messaging and escalation paths during migration eventsServe as a central communication hub during cutovers and hypercare periodsCoordinate incident intake, triage, and routing during migration windows and post cutover stabilizationEnsure incidents are classified, prioritized, and assigned correctly based on impact and urgencyFacilitate rapid escalation to appropriate technical teams during migration eventsTrack incident trends related to migration activities and support root cause follow upSupport production cutover execution from an ITSM and operations perspectiveCoordinate hypercare support models, staffing, and escalation coverageTrack issues, incidents, and resolutions during stabilization periodsEnsure successful transition from migration support to steady state operationsProduce post cutover reports, including incidents, change outcomes, and lessons learnedTrack key migration metrics such as incidents by wave, severity trends, and recovery timesSupport governance reviews and executive reportingEnsure documentation and artifacts meet audit and compliance requirementsEnsure migration activities align with ITIL / ITSM best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve change, incident, and communication processes across wavesSupport standardization and repeatability within the migration factory modelContribute to process improvements for future waves and steady state operationsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in IT service management, change management, or operations coordinationStrong experience coordinating change management and incident processes in enterprise environmentsExperience supporting data center migrations or large infrastructure transformation projectsFamiliarity with Azure based or cloud migration programsExperience working in healthcarePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting health plan or payer organizationsFamiliarity with migration factory or wave-based delivery modelsExperience using ITSM tools for change, incident, and reporting workflowsITIL certification or formal ITSM trainingExperience coordinating after hours or weekend cutover events
