Leading the development of ITSM and ITOM demo stories, the full-time Demo Developer will manage the end-to-end demo portfolio, build hands-on scenarios on the ServiceNow platform, and serve as the go-to expert for IT demo requests, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the IT demo story and manage the ITSM and ITOM demo portfolio for keynotes and events Develop demo scenarios on ServiceNow, ensuring they are current and reliable for presentations Collaborate with product marketing and management to translate messaging into engaging demo scripts and environments Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITSM and ITOM Strong scripting skills on the platform, including Business Rules, Flow Designer, and REST integrations Experience building and maintaining demo environments, including provisioning and data seeding Ability to create narrative-driven demos that resonate with non-technical audiences Strong communication skills and comfort presenting demos to various stakeholders
