ITSM Configuration Management II (ServiceNow)A mission-driven organization is seeking an ITSM Configuration Management professional to support and enhance IT Service Management processes within a ServiceNow environment. This role is focused on configuration management governance, process improvement, and maintaining a reliable system of record for IT services and relationships.Responsibilities:Own and manage ITIL Configuration Management processes, including CMS, CMDB, and CSDMGovern and maintain ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrityAnalyze, design, and improve ITSM processes and workflowsSupport build, testing, training, and documentation of ITSM standards and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service lifecycle processesDevelop and track metrics, quality standards, and performance improvementsLead or support ITSM-related projects and strategic initiativesEnsure CMDB serves as a reliable source of truth for IT services and relationshipsSupport decision-making through accurate configuration data and reportingQualifications:Strong experience with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB, CMS, and CSDMSolid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processesExperience in configuration management governance and process improvementBackground in ITSM process analysis, design, and implementationExperience with documentation, metrics, and quality assurance practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilitiesThis is not a developer role; configuration-focused experience requiredFor consideration to this and/or other roles suitable for your background, please submit your most up-to-date resume to join our talent pool.At ATRIA Consulting, LLC, we are a woman-owned business fully committed to promoting, cultivating, and maintaining a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
