To support security operations, the full-time ITIL Certified IAM Security Administrator will manage day-to-day security administration tasks, including user ID management and process improvement initiatives, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the creation, deletion, modification, and password resets for user IDs across supported technologies Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring timely access removal for terminated workers Assist the Service Desk with escalated issues and recommend improvements to streamline security administration processes Required qualifications ITIL certification is mandatory 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent Working knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, OKTA, UNIX, LDAP, Active Directory, and RSA AM VPN/Remote Access High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in developing compliance dashboards and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
