Item Processing Specialist IThe Item Processing Specialist I - (Night Shift) is responsible for balancing and reconciling customer transactions, managing critical processing transmissions producing operational reporting, resolving exceptions, mitigating operational risk, and ensuring all processing activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment.
