Supporting an ITAR-compliant client account, the full-time salaried ITAR-Compliant Mainframe Engineer will analyze user requirements, design, build, and test software applications, while providing guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support the development of software products and solutions, ensuring successful project delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks Mentor team members and contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar software engineering role Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity Ability to provide proof of US citizenship to meet ITAR compliance requirements
