Key responsibilities Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow ITAM implementations, including Hardware, Software, and Enterprise Asset Management Provide evidence-based assessments of ITAM maturity and cost optimization strategies to customers Mentor Technical Consultants and Business Process Consultants on ITAM design patterns and best practices Required qualifications Practical experience applying AI tools to asset management workflows Experience in IT asset management or related enterprise IT operations roles Demonstrated experience architecting ITAM solutions in complex enterprise environments Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration for asset data accuracy Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
