IT Transformation Program ManagerThe Enterprise IT Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading and orchestrating a complex, multi-workstream transformation program (e.g., Expense Management, Operating Model, and related initiatives). This role ensures alignment to the Enterprise IT Strategy, mobilizes the transformation program and governance, and drives initial execution across organizational boundaries supporting delivery of measurable business outcomes.The Program Manager operates at both a strategic and execution level, ensuring the program maintains momentum while balancing speed, risk, and organizational impact.Program Leadership & ExecutionEstablish and lead the overall program structure, governance, and operating cadenceDefine program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with IT Leadership TeamEnsure alignment and coordination across all workstreamsProactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issuesAlignment ManagementTranslate executive priorities into actionable program plansPartner with IT leaders, and business leaders as needed, to ensure shared ownership and accountabilityEnsure targeted outcomes are tied to measurable business valueStakeholder Management & CommunicationProvide clear, concise updates to executive leadership and governance bodiesFacilitate decision-making and escalate issues appropriatelyMaintain alignment across business units and functional leadersOrganizational Change & AdoptionPartner with change management to drive adoption of new processes and operating modelsEnsure communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans are in placeAnticipate and address organizational resistanceGovernance & DisciplineEstablish consistent reporting, status tracking, and accountability mechanismsEnsure alignment with enterprise governance (e.g., architecture, security, finance)Drive disciplined execution without creating unnecessary overheadQualificationsProven track record leading large-scale IT transformation programs from initial concept through execution, including scoping, structuring, and program mobilizationDemonstrated experience partnering closely with senior IT executives (CIO, CTO, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application leaders) to define strategy and translate it into actionable roadmapsStrong background establishing and governing multi-workstream programs, including areas such as: Expense optimization and cost transparencyWorkforce transformation and capacity planningOrganizational change management and adoptionDeep understanding of program setup fundamentals: governance models, operating cadence, dependency management, risk controls, and executive reportingExperience building and leading cross-functional teams, aligning business and technology stakeholders, and driving accountability across complex organizationsSkilled in developing business cases, financial models, and value tracking mechanisms to ensure benefits realizationAbility to bring structure to ambiguity—defining scope, sequencing initiatives, and setting realistic delivery plans in evolving environmentsStrong command of change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption measurementExperience implementing or working within established delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile at scale, traditional program governance, or hybrid models)Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to leadership and steer decision-makingBachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferredPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be on-site in Westfield Center, OH three days a weekCore CompetenciesCollaboratesCommunicates EffectivelyCustomer FocusDecision QualityNimble Learning
