Candidate should possess the following skills and capabilities:
- Proficiency in DataStage, SQL, and AI skills
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Python
- Knowledge of DBT
- Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with clients
- Capability to manage offshore resources
- Experience working with onsite and offshore team members and clients
- Expertise in delivery coordination
- Experience managing complex software application development and support projects
- Strong communication skills
